Panelock Truck Body Building System

Panelock is a unique system that allows truck body builders to manufacture flat sided truck bodies using modular aluminium panels that clip together.  Panelock provide various fittings that include struts, edges, corners and other components that ensure that the completed 
body is rigid, water proof, secure and professionally built.  A Panelock body can be assembled quickly by unskilled tradesmen to a very high standard finish. 

The Panelock system creates a body that provides a waterproof secure environment for products that are refrigerated, easily water damaged and need to be kept secure.

Panelock is suitable for building furniture vans, delivery vehicles, refrigerated vehicles,  food delivery vehicles, electronic equipment delivery vehicles and almost any type of vehicle that requires the manufacture and assembly of a solid box structure with flat sides.

The Panelock System

The Panelock system consists of aluminium that has been extruded into tightly fitting 
interlocking planks. 

A series of aluminium struts, edges, corners and many other fittings are provided 
to ensure that the body is rigid, water proof, secure and professionally built.

All fittings and planks are manufactured to fit neatly together and a Panelock body can 
be assembled quickly by unskilled tradesmen to a very high standard finish.

	Extruded Panels	clip tightly together	without tools	to cover large surface areas in a hurry.
	Panels are available in polished finish	or plain finish  ready for painting.	External fittings	are supplied to match panel finish
	and a wide range of edge trims	base clips	struts	corners and other components
	create smooth outside corners	neat inside corners	rounded edges	rigid sides
	strong neat floors	and lined interiors
